The rules

  1. This mandatory program is completely voluntary.
  2. You must keep your card with you at all times and present it on demand.
  3. Cardholders can move to the front of the bread line at any location.
  4. Extra ration coupons may be distributed to our favored customers.

Card remains property of Mamdani Marts and the working customer.
